These are the terms and conditions relevant to any purchase from this website.
Please be aware that an Applicant accessing this site must be an adult who has the authority to purchase a product or
review this site and has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions listed below, under which
computerzone.com.au operate. computerzone.com.au do not take responsibility for any applicant who has not met the
above criteria. computerzone.com.au have the absolute discretion to amend or revise these terms of use without notice.

for any loss or damage incurred to the applicant in any shape or form because of purchasing from this website.

manufacturers, and are used on this site only to promote the sale of their respective products. Applicant must not, without
our prior written permission, exploit any of our site materials for commercial purposes or other purposes that are not

Payment:
Once a purchase is made via computerzone.com.au, payment must be made prior to the despatch of goods.
The normal trading terms of this site, are full payments prior to delivery, through Direct Deposit, Paypal, or
Credit Card. A surcharge of 2% will apply when paying by credit card or paypal.
A Credit facility may be provided to approved Applicant’s only; sufficient Credit References must be provided. It is
understood that any credit facility which may be granted to the Applicant is granted only at their request and in
consideration that they guarantee payment of all sums payable by the Applicant to computerzone.com.au.
Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the terms of Payment are “strictly upfront”. In the event the account becomes
overdue, computerzone.com.au reserves the right to charge interest in accordance with the Penalty Interest Rates Act
1983.
computerzone.com.au at its discretion, reserves the right to refer the overdue account to a mercantile agency or a solicitor
for collection and recovery action and Applicant agree to be responsible to meet all reasonable costs and commissions
incurred in employing a mercantile agent or solicitor to collect the overdue amount.
Agreement that computerzone.com.au may seek consumer credit information (Section 18K (1) (b), Privacy Act 1988).
If computerzone.com.au considers it relevant to assess applicants eligibility for commercial credit, applicant agrees to allow
computerzone.com.au to obtain from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about
the applicant in relation to commercial credit provided by computerzone.com.au.
Exchanging information with other credit providers (Section 18N (1) (b), Privacy Act 1988)
Agreement to a credit provider being given a credit report to collect overdue payments on commercial credit
(Section 18K 1(h) Privacy Act 1988)
Applicant agrees that computerzone.com.au may obtain a consumer credit report about the applicant from a credit
reporting agency for the purpose of collecting overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by applicant.
The Applicant(s) must inform computerzone.com.au in writing within seven (7) days of any change to applicant’s business
or corporate structure.
computerzone.com.au reserves the absolute right to refuse or withdraw the Applicant(s) credit facilities at any time in its
sole discretion.
All contracts between computerzone.com.au and the Applicant/ Purchaser shall be deemed to have been entered into in
the State of NSW and shall be construed according to the Laws of the State of NSW.
In consideration of the provision of credit and the sale of goods and services to the customer applicant, being Director/s or
other authorised officer/s of the customer named in the application for credit herein, hereby agree, by the execution of this
application on behalf of the customer, to guarantee to computerzone.com.au, the due and punctual payment and
performance by the customer of all moneys to be paid and the terms and conditions contained in computerzone.com.au
Terms and Conditions of Sale and applicant acknowledge that applicant shall not be released from liability under this
guarantee otherwise than by the payment in full of the moneys payable by and the performance and observance of all of
the obligations of the customer under computerzone.com.au, Terms and Conditions of Sale. This guarantee shall be
continuing and shall not be discharged by the winding up of the customer and shall bind the successors and legal personal
representatives of the Guarantor. Applicant charge (and where this guarantee is executed by more than one person, jointly
and severally charge) as beneficial owner all freehold and Leasehold in Land which applicant now have or during the
currency of this agreement may acquire.
Title:
Title to the goods purchased on computerzone.com.au does not pass to the purchaser until payment for the goods is
received in full at the time of purchase. All risk and damage to the goods passes to applicant upon delivery.
Any signatory for a proprietary Company Applicant shall be personally liable for the due performance of the Applicant's
obligations as if the signatory was the Applicant.
Orders placed with computerzone.com.au will be accepted strictly subject to these conditions of sale and the placing of
such orders shall be conclusive of the fact that the Applicant has read, understands and agrees to these conditions of sale.
Delivery:
Delivery will be made to the location specified on the order form and the Applicant shall be liable for freight and handling
charges not included in the sale. We can ship to any registered address within the metro cities of Australia only. However
delivery addresses beyond metro cities will incur additional charges. Note that there are restrictions, and some products
cannot be shipped to international destinations. computerzone.com.au holds no responsibility for incorrect addresses
provided while ordering of this webpage.
Once the order is received, you will be advised of the shipping cost and delivery dates based on the availability of your
item purchased. All items on this website unless stipulated carry a shipping cost that is subject to weight and delivery
address.
computerzone.com.au will endeavour to fulfil all orders promptly but will not be liable in respect to any delay occurring in
the supply of the goods and/or services or any loss or costs the Applicant may suffer as a result. computerzone.com.au
shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or any loss to Applicant(s) due to the delay.
Claims for short delivery or goods damaged in transit must be made in writing to computerzone.com.au within 24hrs from
the date of invoice, claims after this period will be rejected by computerzone.com.au.
computerzone.com.au extends the manufacturer’s Warranty on all new Hardware supplied, for use in Australia only. This
warranty does not extend to accessories or defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty
parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse,
abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, pest infestation, software or any alterations which are
not authorised by computerzone.com.au. Warranty repairs are to be returned to computerzone.com.au for repair,
insurance and freight prepaid, with appropriate paperwork including copy of original invoice and completed RA form. Please
contact our Sales Department to confirm warranty period on particular products. The Applicant acknowledges that
computerzone.com.au is a reseller and not a manufacturer and the warranty offered, reflects the warranty offered by the
manufacturer. Goods returned to computerzone.com.au as part of a warranty claim shall be then forwarded by
computerzone.com.au to the manufacturer for assessment and either rejection of the warranty claim or repair or
replacement in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. No repair work is conducted by us.
computerzone.com.au request that all Purchase Orders should be emailed to our Sales Department, therefore no
responsibility is taken for errors with any orders placed by telephone. Re-stocking fee or refusal of claim will apply to any
errors with telephone orders.
computerzone.com.au is committed to exceptional customer service, and therefore undertakes to collect unopened goods
and refund the amount paid for the specific product because of any dispatch errors caused by us or our distribution
channels. If goods have been ordered from a Supplier specifically for the Applicant, then computerzone.com.au will not
accept these goods for credit return. Goods are to be returned to computerzone.com.au, insurance and freight prepaid,
along with a copy of the Original Purchase Invoice. Goods must be returned to computerzone.com.au, complete
(instruction manuals and keys) and in full re-saleable condition (unopened) – damage to, or markings on the original
packaging may deem the products unsaleable, therefore the return claim will be rejected. A completed RA form must
accompany returns. Credit will NOT be issued for freight content of original invoice. Credit to be allocated against client
account.
Non-standard orders cannot be cancelled once placed with computerzone.com.au and the Applicant must accept delivery of
the goods within seven (7) days of computerzone.com.au advising the Applicant of the availability of the goods for
delivery.
computerzone.com.au shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Applicant as a
consequence of any action or in-action on the part of computerzone.com.au.
All prices are subject to computerzone.com.au Trading terms.
Prices & Product specifications may at times be inaccurate, if there is a doubt, the applicant must obtain written
clarification from computerzone.com.au prior to purchase. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without
notice.
Returns Policy:
Please note that all New products only, with the exception of ex-demo, soiled, clearance, second hand, imperfect or
damaged products, are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified.
computerzone.com.au will not accept the return of goods if they are incorrectly purchased.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit from computerzone.com.au, you should refuse to accept delivery of the
product; Direct the courier to "Return goods to sender"; and Notify our Customer Service team member within 24 hours of
receipt of delivery.
NO Refunds are applicable for and purchases on this webpage.
Purchase of Used Equipment:
computerzone.com.au do fully support reduction of computer waste and are in a position to buy your used computer
equipment. Since we trade with our partners in Asia, we have the ability to remove all your unwanted computer equipment
from your site and send it overseas for recycling. Cost associated can be discussed on individual needs. Once an
agreement is made either verbal or on paper, no equipment can be returned once taken off the site. We hold no
responsibility for any software that may reside on the product. computerzone.com.au only resell or scarp the hardware.
The responsibility of removal of software from the computer remains entirely the responsibility of the organisation/
company that owned the equipment prior to its release.
